WHY YOU MUST NEVER PLAY WITH YOUR HEALTH

 The proverb “health is wealth” will remain ‘evergreen’ why because no matter what you have in life, how rich you are, your status in the society, if good health is missing out of your life, then you are “dead” but alive, that is, why would you exist without being able to perform simple daily task like any other person does. What is the essence of riding a Ferrari without optimum comfort due to health issues like cancer, diabetics, neurological disorder, liver failure, kidney disease. According to some medical practitioners, it has been observed that diseases that has led to the death of many especially the rich and the educated elite is not that of lack of adequate information but nonchalant attitude towards their health status, imagine a millionaire who can’t spend just a couple of thousands on his health, in what position would he be to enjoy all what he has gathered for years?
Why not visit a hospital or a nearby clinic for check up when you notice the unsual because a stitch in time saves nine. Some times, we all got shocked and stocked when an impromptu news gets to us on the death of a particular individual in our community, we all begin to say ‘…but he said he was okay after getting some drugs from the medicine store yesterday’
             A disease is often diagnosed with certain symptoms like headache, high body temperature, loss of hair, loss of weight, lack of appetite, nausea, skin rashes and others.
When you notice any of these symptoms becoming more regular, then something is going wrong because it is unusual in your body system. An illustration of this is when you work in a factory and for the first three months everything was good but later you noticed having a chest pain every time you wake up in the morning for days, it will be wrong for you to sit and wait for it to leave by itself but rather take some sensible steps in order to get rid of it;

1. Economically wise, you are advised to check yourself up before visiting a doctor, by this, I don’t mean carrying out a test yourself or using drugs that are not prescribed. Our habits sometimes has positive or negative effect on our health, the way we sleep, what we eat, our sitting position, hydration and environment. Imagine a smoker complaining of heavy chest pain, common sense should tell a man that nothing could be the cause except the smoke, now if he could quite smoking then there is every tendency that there will be a relief but after quitting that and he still experiencing the pain then he should visit a doctor for who knows whether the smoke fume has caused an internal damage to his system.

2. since the pain you are experiencing is unusual, and comes often, you have not been experiencing such in your first three months in the factory, the best step you should take is to visit a physician, let him know how you have been doing before you started experiencing the pain and for how long have you been feeling that bad. This will enable him to prescribe drugs that could cure and relief the pain with the number of doses.

3. Since we are using a factory as example, then for somebody working in a factory and later discover having health issue, he should consider changing his department in the factory. Different individual is allergic to certain things, the health problem of a factory worker could be due to what he does in his department, and when things can’t be changed in the factory it will rather be good to quite the job and look for another job than to be killed by the poisonous factory emissions.

However, hundreds of people are put into early graves daily by little sickness that is 100% curable, especially in Africa due to nonchalant attitude and lack of proper education on health, there are other factors too like inadequate health care system, cultural believes and environment,
